Catering director and head chef Meghan Moynihan has been in the industry for 24 years, many of which were spent at The University of Buffalo, where she learned about global cuisine from exceptional chefs who shared their family recipes and traditions. As a member of the American Culinary Federation, she continues to learn and grow to bring your guests on-trend, seasonal choices with a focus on local produce.
